Sugar Cane
Where the flavour starts.
We distil from fresh sugar cane as well as molasses. What the cane brings carries all the way to the glass.
Our Story
We distil our own rum in Britain from fresh sugar cane and molasses, then blend it with aged rums chosen from around the world.
Fresh sugar cane. A copper pot still. A Cognac cask. Everything else follows from those three.
The process
01
Where the flavour starts.
We distil from fresh sugar cane as well as molasses. What the cane brings carries all the way to the glass.
02
Distilled in Britain.
Our own rum, made in a copper pot still. This is where the house character comes from.
03
Where it rests.
The blend is finished in casks that once held Cognac. They round the rum out and carry a little of the cask through to the glass.
04
Made to be kept.
Hand-finished black ceramic, etched with wind lines, with a copper swift at the shoulder. When the rum has gone, the bottle stays on the shelf.
