Each of our editions is a limited release, born from a curated blend of aged rums and The Curatist English rums. Our rums are distilled from sugar cane and molasses using a traditional copper pot still. The final editions can be a blend of column and pot still rums, depending on the aged rum.
Spice & Silk is a study in contrast — the warmth of the rum meets the delicate sweetness of pear, cut with lime’s sharp clarity and elevated by the exotic whisper of cardamom. Silky on the tongue, with a slow, spiced finish, it’s a cocktail designed for late evenings and lingering thoughts.
