Welcome to The Curatist. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.thecuratistcollection.com (the “Website”), and your purchase of our curated rum editions (the “Products”). By accessing the Website and/or purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms.

All Products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue any Product at any time without notice.
While we endeavour to display the most accurate imagery and descriptions, slight variations in packaging or labelling may occur.
1.4 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is accepted via secure payment gateways. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the full order amount to your selected method.
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
1.5 Order Acceptance
A confirmation email is sent upon receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. The Curatist reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

We currently ship to selected territories. Delivery times may vary based on location and demand.
All risk passes to you once the order is shipped. For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes.
1.7 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our Products, we do not offer returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
1.8 Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and codes must be applied at checkout and are valid only during the stated period. They cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Curatist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

You agree that any disputes shall be exclusively heard in the courts of England and Wales.
The Artist Series Bottle Giveaway — Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is The Curatist Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of The Curatist Ltd and their immediate families.
3. How to Enter
To enter, complete the registration form. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person.
4. Competition Period
The competition opens on 1st July 2026 and closes at midnight on 12th July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. The Prize
The prize is one Artist Series bottle as displayed. The bottle is a collectible item and does not contain alcohol. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries within 28 days of the closing date.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email using the details provided at registration. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
8. Delivery
The winner’s prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.
9. Entrant Declaration
By entering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are 18 or over.
10. Data & Privacy
Entrants’ personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy and used only for the administration of this competition and, where consent is given, for marketing from The Curatist Ltd.
11. Promoter’s Decision
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
