1.6 Shipping & DeliveryWe currently ship to selected territories. Delivery times may vary based on location and demand.All risk passes to you once the order is shipped. For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes.1.7 Returns & ExchangesDue to the nature of our Products, we do not offer returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. EligibilityThe competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of The Curatist Ltd and their immediate families.3. How to EnterTo enter, complete the registration form. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person.4. Competition PeriodThe competition opens on 1st July 2026 and closes at midnight on 12th July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.5. The PrizeThe prize is one Artist Series bottle as displayed. The bottle is a collectible item and does not contain alcohol. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.6. Winner SelectionOne winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the closing date.7. Winner NotificationThe winner will be notified by email using the details provided at registration. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.8. DeliveryThe winner’s prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.9.
