Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of alcoholic beverages once an order has been delivered.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you believe your item has been damaged during transit or if you have received the wrong product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
